刘冰,女,工学博士,食品科学与工程系讲师。目前主要承担《食品化学》《食品安全与健康》《现代食品生物技术》等本科生和研究生的理论与实验课程教学工作,主要从事食药功能因子精制及其生物学作用机制研究、农副产物高值化利用等科学研究工作。主持省级青年科技基金计划项目1项,参与多项国家自然科学基金项目、省级科技重大专项和企业横向项目,公开发表学术论文10余篇,主要成果发表在International Journal of Biological MacromoleculesCarbohydrate polymersFood & functionSCI期刊,授权实用新型专利2。中国生物工程学会会员,Natural Product Research等期刊审稿人。指导本科生获得老员工创新创业训练项目国家级立项1项、省级立项1项,全国老员工生命科学竞赛国家级二等奖1项、省级三等奖1项,中国国际“互联网+”老员工创新创业大赛校级比赛银奖1项、铜奖2项。
